Ownership should not have to choose between micromanaging and flying blind.
Owner representation creates an experienced operating layer between ownership and the hotel when full management is not the right scope—or when the owner wants an additional set of eyes on performance, leadership, vendors, capital or transition risk.
- Review GM priorities and property performance

Owner representation FAQ
What is hotel owner representation?
Owner representation gives ownership an experienced operating point of contact who can review property performance, work with the GM and vendors, follow capital projects and surface decisions that need owner attention.
Is owner representation the same as full hotel management?
No. Full management carries broader operating authority. Owner representation can be narrower and structured around oversight, reporting, transitions, capital projects or specific operating issues.
Can OHK represent an absentee owner?
Yes, depending on the scope. OHK can discuss an oversight structure for owners who are not close to the property or who do not want to manage day-to-day hotel issues themselves.
Can OHK oversee renovation work on behalf of ownership?
Yes. Ron has led 5 hotel renovations totaling 693 rooms and can discuss operating or project oversight tied to property improvement work.
Does Ron have experience beyond day-to-day hotel operations?
Yes. His background includes hotel transactions as broker, buyer and seller, board-level banking experience, a minority building investment with about a year of direct operations, and extensive hospitality governance.
Choose the engagement that fits the operating problem.
Need an operator on the owner's side without handing over everything?
We can define a practical scope around oversight, reporting, transition support, capital projects or a specific operating problem.
